We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify manual payments (Wise, bKash, or bank transfer), communicate order and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and improve our products and service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing With Suppliers
Bong Kids operates as a dropshipping store. To fulfill your order, we share only the delivery details necessary (name, phone, address) with our sourcing suppliers and courier partners — never your payment information.
4. Payment Information
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials. Payments are made manually via Wise, bKash, or bank transfer, and payment receipts you upload are stored securely and only accessible to you and our administrators for verification purposes.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) using industry-standard access controls, and all traffic to bongkids.net is encrypted via HTTPS.
