1. About Bong Kids

Bong Kids (bongkids.net) is a dropshipping storefront based in Bangladesh, sourcing science, robotics, solar, and daily-life products from third-party suppliers on your behalf. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include a flat delivery fee shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — supplier stock is verified before confirmation.

3. Payment

Orders are paid manually via Wise (international), bKash, or bank transfer (local). Your order is marked "Confirmed" only after our team verifies your payment. Please use the exact reference/order ID provided at checkout when transferring funds.

4. Shipping & Delivery Times

Because products are sourced from suppliers after your order is placed, delivery times vary by product and are shown as estimates on the order tracking page once available. Delays from customs, courier partners, or suppliers are outside our direct control, but we will notify you of significant delays.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address or contact information.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bongkids.net after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
